What is the cost?
Pricing is simple and straightforward. One-time (solo) orders are $2.99 per pound, while a monthly subscription is $250 per month and includes up to 100 pounds of laundry each month. If you exceed 100 pounds in a month, additional laundry is billed at $2.49 per pound. For one-time orders, there’s a 20 lb minimum, making the minimum order $59.80.
Do you mix my laundry with other people's?
Never. Every order is washed in a solo load — your clothes only.
Do I need to be home or at my business for pickup and delivery?
No. Most of our clients leave the bag at their door. You’ll get a notification the moment it’s picked up and again when it’s delivered. For first time customers, you may leave your laundry in trash bags or another bag. Once we process and return your order, we will return your laundry folded in premium Drop & Fold bags for you to reuse again.
What if something is damaged?
In the rare event something is damaged in our care, we cover replacement. It’s that simple.
How quickly will I get my laundry back?
Within 2 days of pickup, guaranteed.
